Thunderbird Defend offers self defense training for the whole family .The world we live in has become more dangerous and parents are understanding the importance of teaching their children awareness skills and self defense techniques.

Families are busy with work, school, sports and other extra curricular activities.   Scheduling family training allows the flexibility to continue to do all of those things while still prioritizing the need for self defense training. Thunderbird trainers work with the entire family or just two or three family members at a time.
